If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we'll gladly exchange the item(s) or issue a refund. Your satisfaction is of utmost importance.
Returns and exchanges will be honored within 30 days of the transaction date. Item(s) must be in the same condition that they were received, i.e. unused, unwashed, original tags, packaging, etc. If an item is returned because it's defective, we will replace it at no cost whatsoever to the customer. If it's an exchange, i.e. different size or color, you will be responsible for all freight charges.
For exchanges, explain which items you'd like in return (size/color/etc).
Write down your address on the note - that's where we send it back to you.
For refunds, explain your reasons (defective/didn't fit/etc).
Insert $3 (cash or money order) for small items such as t-shirts and accessories.
Insert $6 (cash or money order) for larger items such as jackets, hoodies, and hats.
If you prefer, you can send us a pre-paid envelope alongside your item(s). Exchanges ship via 1st Class Mail. *Does not apply to refunds.
