Return Policy
Our Return Policy is very simple: If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase,
we will gladly exchange the item(s) or issue a refund. At Playero, your satisfaction
is of utmost importance. Simply return the item(s) via US Mail Priority with Delivery
Confirmation to our P.O. Box and we'll promptly process an exchange or issue a refund
for the cost of the item(s). Your only expense will be the cost of return freight.
Surfboards are pick up only items and sales are final - no returns or exchanges.

Return Parameters:
- Returns and exchanges will be honored within 30 days of the transaction date.
- Item(s) must be in the same condition that they were received, i.e. unused, unwashed.
- DVD's must be in their original packaging and unopened, i.e. shrinkwrapped.
- If an item is returned because it's defective Playero will replace it at no cost whatsoever to the customer.
- If it's an exchange, i.e. different size or color, you will be responsible for all freight charges.
