Return Policy

Returns and exchanges will be honored within 30 days of the transaction date.

  • Item(s) must be in the same condition that they were received, i.e. unused, unwashed, original tags, packaging, etc.
  • If an item is returned because it's defective, we will replace it at no cost whatsoever to the customer.
  • If it's an exchange, i.e. different size or color, you will be responsible for all freight charges, rebilled to the original transaction.

#1. Make a Note

For exchanges, explain which items you'd like in return (be specific: size/color/etc).
Write down your address on the note - that's where we send it back to you.
For refunds, explain your reasons (defective/didn't fit/etc).

#2. Ship Item(s) to Us
